Spinach: A well-known superfood and Popeye’s favorite vegetable for a reason. Spinach is packed with health benefits from nutrients like potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, folate and vitamins A, C, and B6. Spinach doesn’t have a strong taste so it is easy to hide a serving in your morning smoothie, or add to a salad!

Carrots are used in all shapes and sizes. Baby carrots are great for a snack with dips, shredded carrots can be tossed into a salad or a sandwich, and large carrots are delicious baked with some beets, olive oil, and salt!
